SocialFlow now supports Media RSS feeds, allowing publishers and media companies to fully automate and scale video publishing to Facebook and Twitter.
Media RSS support allows publishers and media companies to fully automate and scale video publishing to Facebook and Twitter. SocialFlow can now consume customer MRSS feeds in order to retrieve metadata and video links, and stream or pass them to Facebook or Twitter for publishing in-feed.
SocialFlow supports the Media-RSS spec, (http://www.rssboard.org/media-rss) but to start relies primarily upon:
- Media: content
- Media: thumbnail
Since Media-RSS implementations vary, we are pushing this feature forward with customers on a rolling basis. Please contact support or your client services representative if you are interested in taking advantage of MRSS support.
